1.Privacy Policies

The APTA o f Montana (APTAMT) values the privacy of our members and customers. The following principles dictate APTAMT’s use of personal information.

Dissemination of Personal Information
 APTAMT does not rent, sell, or share any other personal information with any outside individual or organization. APTAMT will not rent, sell, or share any other personal information with any other organization without the advance permission of the member or customer, or unless ordered to do so by a court of law. In addition, APTAMT may provide personal information to specific outside services in order to fulfill member or customer requests.

Staff/Board Access and Use of Personal Information
APTAMT office staff and board will have access to personal information only to fulfill services or orders a member or customer has requested, or to conduct appropriate APTAMT business.

Opt-In Policy
APTAMT endorses and uses an “opt-in” method of gathering e-mail addresses from members or customers for association e-mailings, such as association news, event notices, and information about on-line orders placed by the customer. A member or customer must select that they wish to receive such e-mailings or such communications will not be sent.

Security Standards
To protect personal information, APTAMT uses established security standards through Wild Apricot and Authorize.net for access to this information.

Links
APTAMT Web site is linked to the Web sites of other organizations. When a customer or member links to another organization’s Web site through the APTAMT Web site, the person is subject to the privacy policy of the new site.

 

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

APTAMT reserves the right to refuse/cancel an event registration. If APTAMT refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations will be accepted in writing via fax, email, or mail. A $25.00 administration fee will be withheld when cancellation occurs up to ten days prior to the start of the event; 50% refund if cancelled 2-10 days prior; 25% refund if cancelled 0-1 day prior. Depending on prepaid items, decreasing the amount due is at the discretion of the office staff.
